LETTER FROM THE EDITOR
Dear AMAC Member, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
These encouraging words, a reminder that God is faithful and true, were often spoken by my beautiful grandmother. My grandmother and grandfather were the most influential people throughout my early childhood. Blessed with grandparents who demonstrated their faith through their actions, I was fortunate to grow up knowing that both Grammy and Pop loved me. Grammy was a little lady, not quite five foot tall in her senior years, but to me, she was big with loving blue eyes, gentle hands and arms that held us, a listening ear, and the voice of an angel. For me and my siblings, Grammy was anything but small. She had a glorious radiance about her. She was a woman who understood the power of prayer. Grammy often read to us, and when there was no book, she was a great storyteller. Naturally creative, she would tell us stories of Patrick Begorra-Begorra and Maureen MaGrutty-Grutty two leprechauns no bigger than your thumb! “Tell us a story, please,” we would ask, and just like that, Grammy would weave together a great tale, always ending with a moral to her story. Another lesson taught and learned; indeed, she was training me up in the way I should go! Never underestimate the influence you have over your grandchildren. When I think fondly of my grandmother, I remember blue eyes that danced, an endearing smile, and a heart that was full of love and grace. When I became a mother, I was reminded of God’s promise: train up a child in the way she should go, and when she is old, she will not depart from it. And now, many decades later, I pass this same beautiful reminder of hope to my son and his wife, who have blessed me with two beautiful granddaughters. When we tell our children we love them, it matters more than we can measure. When, through our actions, we show our children and grandchildren that we care, we leave a small imprint on their hearts and remind them what true love looks like. Our young children depend on us to defend them. Children are robbed too early of their innocence. Grandparents across America are taking a stand and saying, “No more!” Our children belong to us, a gift from God. I pray that, together, we remain strong in our faith, never underestimating the difference one person can make in the lives of others. My grandmother passed away in 2016. She would be deeply burdened to see how our little ones are indoctrinated and sexualized, confused and frightened by an evil force creeping across the globe. My grandmother helped train me up in the way I should go, and as I am getting older, I do not want to depart from it. May God bless you and protect all the little children of the world.

T he S upreme C ourt ’ s C onstitutionalist G olden A ge
O ver the last two years, the Supreme Court’s new 6-3 constitutionalist majority has delivered a string of victories for conservatives unprecedented in the modern era. At the conclusion of its most recent term, the Court handed down a series of landmark decisions — most notably in Students for Fair Admis- sions , Inc. v. President and Fellows of
Harvard College, and Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. University of North Carolina , which ruled that affirmative action in college admissions is uncon- stitutional — a long-time goal of the conservative legal movement and a significant blow to the left’s identity politics apparatus. In 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis , the Court decided a landmark religious liberty ruling — determining that a
Christian website designer could not be compelled to violate her sincerely held religious beliefs by creating a website for a same-sex marriage. And on the final day of the Court’s most recent term, the justices ruled against the Biden administration’s illegal student debt forgiveness scheme, saving the American taxpayer hundreds of billions of dollars.

Although the left has predictably responded with outrage, public opin- ion rests squarely on the side of the majority in believing that merit — not race — should not be the leading factor in college admissions; that forced speech is inherently un-Amer- ican; and that college graduates should pay their own debts. Prior to its series of victories in 2023, one of the Court’s most notable deci- sions came on June 24, 2022, when a 5-4 majority overturned Roe v. Wade in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization . In a historic victory for unborn children, the rule of law, and judicial independence, Dobbs declared that there is no constitu- tional right to abortion, returning the issue to the people and their elected representatives in the state legisla- tures and Congress. In another major conservative victory last year, the Court ruled last summer in Kennedy v. Bremerton School District that a public high school football coach has a right to pray on the field after games — a significant rebuke of the left’s longstanding efforts to expel faith from the Amer- ican public square. “Respect for reli- gious expressions is indispensable to life in a free and diverse Repub- lic,” Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote for the majority. In Carson v. Makin , another conser- vative legal win, the Court ruled that funds from Maine’s state tuition assistance program could be allo- cated to secondary schools that provide religious instruction — a triumph for First Amendment protec-
pendence of the Court from the other branches of government and the Court’s role as an interpreter of the law. As then-Chief Justice John Marshall wrote for the majority, “It is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is.” Dred Scott , the Warren Court, and the Birth of ‘Living Constitutionalism’ Unfortunately, it did not take long for the Court to drift away from its consti- tutionally prescribed role. In one of the most egregious examples of judi- cial overreach in American history, under Chief Justice Roger Taney, the Court ruled in the notorious Dred Scott decision that black Americans were ineligible for US citizenship and the rights it entailed. In addition to being immoral, Dred Scott was an unconstitutional attempt to maintain social and polit- ical harmony. Though it was later nullified by the ratification of the 13th and 14th Amendments, the decision left a devastating mark on American jurisprudence. Over the course of the next century left-wing activism gained new life with the ascendancy of progressive President Woodrow Wilson and a few decades later with the 1953 appoint- ment of Earl Warren as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Warren saw himself not as a guardian of the Constitution or objective inter- preter of the law, but as a social activ- ist tasked with moving the country
tions, religious freedom, and school choice proponents. In 2022, the Court also issued a staunch defense of Second Amend- ment freedoms in New York Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen . Here, the justices ruled that Americans have a constitutional right to carry guns for self-defense outside the home, invali- dating a New York law that prevented citizens from doing so absent a “proper cause.” “The exercise of other constitutional rights does not require individuals to demonstrate to government offi- cers some special need. The Second Amendment right to carry arms in public for self-defense is no differ- ent,” Justice Clarence Thomas wrote for the majority. To understand how historic the Court’s past few terms have been, it’s helpful to look back at the history of the Court and how we got to this moment.
History and Purpose: The “Least Dangerous Branch”
America’s Founding Fathers saw the Supreme Court as essential to the survival of the rule of law. Described by Alexander Hamilton as “the least dangerous branch” of government, the framers hoped that the Court would interpret the Constitution neither through “force nor will,” but instead through “judgment.” One of the Court’s earliest and most consequential decisions, Marbury v. Madison , reaffirmed both the inde-

in a progressive direction. Warren’s tenure on the Court paved the way for a far-left legal activism that empow- ered future liberal justices to flout the Constitution and strike down laws that they found personally objection- able on dubious legal grounds. Described by scholars as “revolution- ary,” the philosophy of the Warren Court has had a monumental effect on how Americans perceive the law and how the judiciary seized the lawmaking powers of Congress. It was Warren’s jurisprudence, for instance, that empowered the Court to invent constitutional rights to abortion in Roe v. Wade and a laundry list of other leftist social transformation projects even though such “rights” had no basis in the law itself. The progressive legal theory champi- oned by Warren, as well as left-wing justices like Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor, often goes by the name of “living constitutional- ism,” which suggests that the defini- tion of the Constitution and written legal statutes should change with the times or with whatever ideol- ogy is fashionable on the left at any given moment. This philosophy of “living constitu- tionalism” even empowered former Justice Anthony Kennedy, who was appointed by President Reagan, to cast the deciding vote in the 2015 case Obergefell v. Hodges , which forbade states from enacting laws that define marriage as a union between one man and one woman. As Justice Antonin Scalia observed in his famous dissent, Kennedy’s deci-
sion was based on “the mystical apho- risms of the fortune cookie.” Justice Antonin Scalia and the Rise of Originalism The opposing legal theory to “living constitutionalism” has been the jurisprudential methodology of originalism, which argues that the Constitution should be interpreted as written and read in light of what it meant at the time of its ratification. Originalism was brought into the mainstream by Justice Antonin Scalia and has since become the dominant legal theory on the right. Making laws and casting political judgments, Scalia maintained, was not the duty of a judge, but rather the duty of the American people through their elected representa- tives in Congress. “Originalism says that when you consult the text, you give it the meaning it had when it was adopted, not some later modern meaning,” Scalia said. “It is that rock to which the repub- lic is anchored,” he explained on another occasion. “If the Constitu- tion does not speak to a matter, it’s for the democratic process to provide an answer.” In other words, the Constitution is not a living document and it is not a vehicle for the Court to arbitrarily impose its own political will on the American public.
Donald Trump and the Court’s New Conservative Majority Prior to Trump’s election, Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito were the only reliable original- ists sitting on the High Court and “living constitutionalism” was the driving force behind the Court’s legal interpretation. But that all changed with Trump’s three appointments Justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavana- ugh, and Amy Coney Barrett who handed constitutional originalists their first ever Court majority. The Court’s current 6-3 Republi- can-appointed majority has served as the main bulwark against the Biden administration’s brazen political and social overreaches and issued a series of landmark conservative decisions. In the years ahead, the Court is almost certain to add to its impressive reper- toire of conservative legal wins and should the Republican nominee win the presidency in 2024, the Court’s current 6-3 Republican-appointed majority could continue to grow.

PureTalk doesn’t. Did you know that Verizon donates big time to leftist politicians?
W ith its mega donations to Democrats in the midterms, Verizon helped guarantee that the liberal agenda would be “the” agenda for the next two years. The wireless behemoth contributed one million dollars to Democrat candidates in 2022, and another million during the 2020 presidential election, when it also saw fit to “cancel” One America News (OAN) for its support of President Trump. How did Verizon “cancel” OAN? Conservative news network, OAN, has always been the voice of conservatives but Verizon folded under the pressure of loud leftwing groups. The cable provider dropped OAN, no longer offering One America News to conservative patriots like yourself. An American company for true patriots. Just like you, PureTalk has been putting America first for years. Its chairman is a U.S. Veteran, so they know how
important it is to support our troops, and make sure they offer a military discount. Money isn’t all you save with PureTalk, though. When you switch to PureTalk, you save American jobs. 100% of its customer service is right here in the United States. And as PureTalk grows, its ability to employ more hard- working Americans grows, too. How much can I save with PureTalk? The average family of four saves $75 a month for a total of $900 a year by switching to PureTalk. Monthly plans for AMAC members start at just $10 per month with talk, text, and blazing fast data. So how can PureTalk charge so much less? For starters, they don’t donate millions of dollars to Democrat candidates for office. PureTalk also doesn’t operate brick-and-mortar storefronts with high overhead costs the way Verizon does. Not only that, unlike Verizon, PureTalk doesn’t bundle a bunch of add-on products or services into its phone plans as Verizon does.
Verizon insists they’re “free,” but they’re really extra costs buried in your monthly fees. PureTalk is happy to pass these savings along to their customers, whereas Verizon just lines their own pockets. PureTalk has 5G and covers 99% of Americans. PureTalk operates on the largest 5G and GSM networks, covering 99% of Americans. With PureTalk you’re getting the same exact network for much less cost. Check out their coverage map, and you’ll see just how extensive the coverage is. 100% U.S. customer service. We’ve all experienced the frustration of calling customer service and struggling to speak with someone halfway across the world. PureTalk customer support is 100% US- based. PureTalk is committed to keeping its customer support 100% in the USA.

AMAC member quote “My wife and I have PureTalk with AMAC and I love it. I pay $10 for my flip phone and my wife’s smartphone is only $15. We are in a rural area and have a cordless home phone we link to our cells. We put our cell phones in the house where we get the best reception and answer calls on our home phone line. No problems and the service is great! Thank you, AMAC.” — Bill Owens, AMAC member
Can I keep my number, and can I use my current phone? Yes! You can definitely keep your same phone number. Most phones will work well on the PureTalk network, but they can’t be tied to an existing carrier contract or payment plan. If your phone is tied to a payment plan, it’ll need to be paid off first before you can bring it to PureTalk. You may also need to call and ask your current carrier to unlock the phone. If you aren’t sure if your current phone will work, we suggest you give PureTalk a call. PureTalk also offers the newest unlocked iPhones and Android phones for purchase on their website. You can choose to pay for it in full or to make monthly payments at 0% interest. Our conclusions: From what we’ve learned about PureTalk, we are confident they do what they say. Their service is equal to that of their largest competitors, but you pay a lot less. They have a 30-day risk-free guarantee, so customers have much to gain and nothing to lose.
Here’s a recap:
• The average family of four saves $900 by switching to PureTalk
• AMAC members get an EXCLUSIVE BONUS and have a $10 plan that no one else gets • Save more off your monthly bill when you have 2 lines, 3 lines, or 4+ lines • GET A $20 CREDIT for each friend you refer (and $20 for your friend too) • You’re supporting a veteran- owned company with US-customer service
• PureTalk has the same 5G network at half the cost
• No contract... customers can move on for any reason at any time
• You can bring your phone and keep your phone number
• PureTalk pays your 3- YEAR AMAC membership
‘We enthusiastically endorse PureTalk.’

LIFE IN AMERICA HAS NEVER BEEN MORE FAIR AND FREE Interview with Senator Tim Scott (R-SC), Candidate for President
March 3, 2016 - US Senator Tim Scott of South Caro- lina speaking at the 2016 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in National Harbor, MD.

A s the presidential field for 2024 forms, the power of big ideas — as much as big person- alities — will shape the field, the inter- play between candidates, and what happens to our nation. In his first candidate interview, Robert Charles, AMAC’s National Spokesman, sat down to listen . . . AMAC Senator, in many ways, you repre- sent the American Dream, remark- able success through belief, action, persistence, and staying focused, somehow above the fray. Explain why you believe the American Dream is alive and well, and how we convey that to younger Americans.
Senator Scott Thank you [ . . . ] short answer is we have to model the behavior we want our next generation to follow. [ . . . ] As a kid, I was mired in poverty and was raised in a single-parent house- hold, but I also had good mentors and a grandfather who believed in the goodness of America. We each have an imagination, and this nation offers us the chance to use it, to unleash it, and to dream. We need to wake up and start build- ing, dreaming, and doing, and then remarkable things become possible. The key ingredient is recognizing the power of the American Dream — that what other people think is impossi-
ble is possible here; America makes it possible. We have worked for 250 years to create a more level playing field, a more perfect union, and life in Amer- ica has never been more fair and free — we have a free market econ- omy that allows us to work hard and to improve our worth, in every mean- ing of that word. The Bible encourages us to work hard, to persevere, and to be worthy by the “sweat of our brow.” America offers the conditions to do that, the conditions for success. And there is something else unique about Ameri- cans, tied to the American Dream. We

want it for others, and we go the extra mile — we go the extra mile for other people, because that is who we are, we Americans. Younger Americans need to under- stand the power of having and work- ing for a dream. The way we can best teach them how to do that is to model it [ . . . ] model it for them. If they see
America’s promise and their own promise and assure quality education in every zip code. Success, or becoming your best self, is about listening to your “better angels,” believing and understanding that the lie of the left is that success is based on skin color or some other outside factor. Success is not from
Senator Scott We have to start off with reality. Our nation, our shared values, and our people are strong — but our leader- ship is weak. The contrast is sharp. This is not the first time in our history, but it is the clearest contrast in my lifetime. We have two competing philosophies afoot, representing a clear contrast — about the future.
If [younger Americans] see belief in America and the American Dream modeled before their eyes, then all different kinds of people, even those who had no silver spoon, who started like me, with a plastic spoon, will see that their dreams can be realized, and we have so much to be grateful for.
the outside in, but from the inside out. The objective truth of life is that success comes from inside. If we can teach this, we will redefine the entire debate. AMAC Senator, your words resonate, and I hope they are heard far and wide. We are up against tough challenges. How do we get back to having safe streets, a fully protected border, and a focus on national security — how do we secure America? Senator Scott Securing America requires primacy of that mission and having a vision for the future. Proverbs makes a time- less point: “where there is no vision, the people vanish.” If we believe that security does not matter, if we cast off the restraints that have kept us one nation, if we forsake our community, borders, and role in the world — that
belief in America and the American Dream modeled before their eyes, then all different kinds of people, even those who had no silver spoon, who started like me, with a plastic spoon, will see that their dreams can be realized, and we have so much to be grateful for. Conditions do not define us, and they never have. Our imagination, our willingness to dream and work for those dreams, is what defines us — that is the beauty of the American Dream. AMAC Thank you, Senator. That message is inspiring. Let me pivot and ask you a related question. As we watch our nation divided by forces inside and outside, how do we restore the nation’s traditional values, like hard work, patriotism, respect for time- less principles, history, biology, truth? How do we address and resolve the issues dividing America?
One sees America as evil, racist, and declining. The other is more objec- tive. The common-sense American — whether they see themselves as left or right — still believes that hard work, character, grit, and talent produce results for all of us, for those who will believe in the future and those values. To get past this moment, for those values to prevail, we need to teach our kids how to think, not what to think — because they will get there if we teach them how to think. This is a delimitation that is being lost. The problem is that we have the radical part of the country who seem to think grievance, victimhood, and despair are the future — versus those of us who believe in individual respon- sibility, hard work, and the American Dream. To win the future, we have to understand that we are the freest, fairest land in the world. We have to educate young Americans to see

Our nation, our shared values, and our people are strongbut our leadership is weak.
is, if we lack visionary leadership we will pay a price for that misjudgment. We must remember that the primary purpose of government is security, which means security in the streets, on the border, and more broadly, to secure the nation globally. Or think about it this way, like a math equation, where we solve for a particular solu- tion. We must solve for security, not for victimhood, grievance, or some other outcome. We must have the vision to see what government exists for and solve for that outcome. Today, we are distracted from our primary purpose. The effects are all around us. China has become an exis- tential threat to America [ . . . ] and we need to direct our energy to what should be our first line of defense, economic independence, and then back that up with the strongest, most powerful, most lethal military but security begins with economic inde- pendence, rather than depending on China for everything from our medi- cine to microchips. But there is another aspect to national security, and that is protect- ing our citizens from threats like the Chinese precursors shipped to Mexico, where labs create fentanyl that kills our children and has made its way into our communities. That problem must be addressed; the aim must be to get it to cease to exist, and one way is protecting the border and building the wall, using technology to help secure the nation at our border.
These ideas come back to having a vision and acting on what we know to be true. Securing the nation is the first priority of any government and should be ours. AMAC You seem to have a clear vision, and who can argue with that priority? Thank you. As a Black Republican candidate for president, someone who knows adversity, persistence, and achievement, how do we improve race relations today? Senator Scott This is such an important question. First, we must stop indoctrinating kids that America is somehow evil and racist it is not. We must accu- rately teach American history, the good and the bad, the ugly, terrible history, the parts that cause us to feel the piercing in our sides for what have done to each other, but then also the continuing improvement in every generation of race relations, the true understanding that they are getting better, and that we are as in other areas constantly struggling and should struggle to become a more perfect union. Somehow, we have lost perspective, we seem not to look in the rearview mirror and see how far we have come. We forget, or perhaps better put, we invert the windshield and rearview mirror and forget we are constantly heading away from the past [ . . . ] improving in this area. Every indicator tells us that we are improving, but we have members of the national media who seem not
to look there, which profit by mone- tizing conflict. Creating and selling conflict, grievance, and victimhood is profitable. Here is one last thought; James Lang- ford and I have started what we call “Solution Sundays,” where we invite into our homes members of different communities and encourage others to do that, and in this way, we find out firsthand about those who are not the same, who have a different appreci- ation for everything from foods and teams to what success looks like, and we teach each other. The concept is simple, and this effort is personal, but we all have it in us to learn, model belief in the American Dream, educate, and, as Lincoln and Reagan said, listen to our better angels . That is part of what my campaign is about, helping inspire that vision. AMAC Senator, for your time, insight, vision, optimism, and confidence in Amer- ica thank you. For stepping up, speaking the truth, and being in the fight, thank you. Good luck, and we will hope to speak again soon!

Popular CoQ10 Pills Leave Millions Suffering
Could this newly-discovered brain fuel solve America’s worsening memory crisis?
Science Confirms the Many Benefits of PQQ
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA — Millions of Americans take the supplement known as CoQ10. It’s the coenzyme that supercharges the “energy factories” in your cells known as mitochondria . But there’s a serious flaw that’s leaving millions unsatisfied. As you age, your mitochondria break down and fail to produce energy. In a revealing study, a team of researchers showed that 95 percent of the mitochondria in a 90-year-old man were damaged, compared to almost no damage in the mitochondria of a 5-year-old. Taking CoQ10 alone is not enough to solve this problem. Because as powerful as CoQ10 is, there’s one critical thing it fails to do: it can’t create new mitochondria to replace the ones you lost. And that’s bad news for Americans all over the country. The loss of cellular energy is a problem for the memory concerns people face as they get older. “We had no way of replacing lost mitochondria until a recent discovery changed everything,” says Dr. Al Sears, founder and medical director of the Sears Institute for Anti-Aging Medicine in Palm Beach, Florida. “Researchers discovered the only nutrient known to modern science that has the power to trigger the growth of new mitochondria.” Why Taking CoQ10 is Not Enough Dr. Sears explains, “This new discovery is so powerful, it can multiply your mitochondria by 55 percent in just a few weeks. That’s the equivalent of restoring decades of lost brain power.” This exciting nutrient — called PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone) — is the driving force behind a revolution in aging. When paired with CoQ10, this dynamic duo has the power to reverse the age-related memory losses you may have thought were beyond your control. Dr. Sears pioneered a new formula — called Ultra Accel II — that combines both CoQ10 and PQQ to support maximum cellular energy and the normal growth of new mitochondria. Ultra Accel II is the first of its kind to address both problems and is already creating huge demand. Over 47 million doses have been shipped to men and women across the country and sales continue to climb for this much sought- after brain fuel. In fact, demand has been so overwhelming that inventories repeatedly sell out. But a closer look at Ultra Accel II reveals there are good reasons why sales are booming.
The medical journal Biochemical Pharmacology reports that PQQ is up to 5,000 times more efficient in sustaining energy production than common antioxidants. With the ability to keep every cell in your body operating at full strength, Ultra Accel II delivers more than just added brain power and a faster memory. People feel more energetic, more alert, and don’t need naps in the afternoon. The boost in cellular energy generates more power to your heart, lungs, muscles, and more. “With the PQQ in Ultra Accel, I have energy I never thought possible at my age,” says Colleen R., one of Dr. Sears’s patients. “I’m in my 70s but feel 40 again. I think clearly, move with real energy and sleep like a baby.” The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and Dr. Sears receives countless emails from his patients and readers. “My patients tell me they feel better than they have in years. This is ideal for people who are feeling old and run down, or for those who feel more forgetful. It surprises many that you can add healthy and productive years to your life simply by taking Ultra Accel II every day.” You may have seen Dr. Sears on television or read one of his 12 best-selling books. Or you may have seen him speak at the 2016 WPBF 25 Health and Wellness Festival in South Florida, featuring Dr. Oz and special guest Suzanne Somers. Thousands of people attended Dr. Sears’s lecture on anti-aging breakthroughs and waited in line for hours during his book signing at the event. Will Ultra Accel II Multiply Your Energy? Ultra Accel II is turning everything we thought we knew about youthful energy on its head. Especially for people over age 50. In less than 30 seconds every morning, you can harness the power of this breakthrough discovery to restore peak energy and your “spark for life.” So, if you’ve noticed less energy as you’ve gotten older, and you want an easy way to reclaim your youthful edge, this new opportunity will feel like blessed relief. The secret is the “energy multiplying” molecule that activates a dormant gene in your body that declines with age, which then instructs your cells to pump out fresh energy from the inside-out. This growth of new “energy factories” in your cells is called
mitochondrial biogenesis. Instead of falling victim to that afternoon slump, you enjoy sharp-as-a-tack focus, memory, and concentration from sunup to sundown. And you get more done in a day than most do in a week. Regardless of how exhausting the world is now. Dr. Sears reports, “The most rewarding aspect of practicing medicine is watching my patients get the joy back in their lives. Ultra Accel II sends a wake-up call to every cell in their bodies… And they actually feel young again.” And his patients agree. “I noticed a difference within a few days,” says Jerry from Ft. Pierce, Florida. “My endurance has almost doubled, and I feel it mentally, too. There’s a clarity and sense of well-being in my life that I’ve never experienced before.” How To Get Ultra Accel II This is the official nationwide release of Ultra Accel II in the United States. And so, the company is offering a special discount supply to anyone who calls during the official launch. An Order Hotline has been set up for local readers to call. This gives everyone an equal chance to try Ultra Accel II . And your order is backed up by a no-hassle, 90-day money back guarantee. No questions asked. All you have to do is call TOLL FREE 1-800- 434-2401 right now and use promo code UAAMAC823 to secure your own supply.
